Michael C. Blake, President
Michael C. Blake graduated from Louisiana Tech University School of Architecture and moved to Jacksonville in 2006. He joined Kenneth Smith Architects, Inc., who specialized in historic preservation work, lighthouse restorations, and adaptive reuse projects until Ken closed his office in 2018. He joined Lane Architecture, PA in 2019 and was project architect for the conversion of the Gander Mountain building for use as the Bozard Lincoln dealership, and ongoing restorations and upgrades for Flagler College. He opened his current office in 2025 with guidance from Kenneth Smith and Jeff Lane. He currently serves on the City of St. Augustine Corridor Review Committee.
Ambar C. Molina Bautista
Ambar C. Molina Bautista is a Venezuelan-born architect who graduated from the Santiago Mariño Polytechnic University Institute in Venezuela and earned a master’s degree in Design, Management, and Project Management, with a focus on Architecture and Urban Planning, from UNINI in Puerto Rico. She is passionate about using design to create spaces that work well and look good.
Kyle Griggs
Kyle Griggs was born and raised in Jacksonville. He is a graduate student from UF JaxLab. He interned with Lane Architecture, PA in the Summer of 2024 and gained experience in digital modeling and rendering for the Our Lady of Pompeii Restoration in the Springfield neighborhood of Jacksonville. He joined MBA after graduating from the University of Florida in 2025. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and camping.
Colin Neighbers
Colin Neighbers was born in Jacksonville and raised in Saint Augustine. He attended St. Johns River College started his own drafting service in 2020. He has experience in flooring, interior renovations, ADA improvements, acoustic paneling, and customized cabinetry design. He is a devoted Catholic and an autodidact. Colin spends his free time studying theology, philosophy, history, and caring for his grandfather.
David Wagoner
David Wagoner is a Jacksonville native who is passionate about local development. He is on the Deans List at Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) with an Associate in Science Degree. He starting drafting for Lane Architecture, PA in 2023 and joined MBA in 2025 as the first team member. He enjoys hiking, watching movies, and listening to music.
